The Heart Foundation of Australia recommended 30-60 minute of exercise a day can significantly improve mental health and reduce the risk of heart disease, cancers, and type 2 diabetes. Keep yourself strong physically it will help you mentally, physically, and spiritually to keep your compass from being disorientated through such a stressful process.
